Lucy’s Mixed Media Workshops

Come and have a go at creating your own original Mixed Media art. It’s easier than you think!

Do you ever tell yourself that you aren’t good enough? Do you dream of being creative but aren’t quite sure how to get going?

In my ‘Introduction to Collage Workshop’ I will show you how to just START and free your inner artist. Perfectionism and expectation are the biggest killers of creativity, so I will help you to let go of these and embrace mistakes – which is a metaphor for life, right?

Based at Firstsite in Colchester, Essex, this Introduction to Collage Workshop is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle, to create something beautiful and to relax with a few like-minded souls.

Expect lots of colour, lots of fun – even those with no experience will amaze themselves! Go home with a unique and quirky collage you have made and plenty of inspiration.

Basic materials provided, but feel free to bring your own. No experience necessary, just enthusiasm! For ages 16+.

A light lunch at the Firstsite café is included.

Check out Firstsite’s own website for availability and booking.

Home Studio Workshop days start at 10am and finish by 4pm.

Refreshments will include tea, coffee & cake, a wholesome lunch and prosecco!

Home Studio Workshops are priced at £127 per person. The price does not include overnight accommodation.

As a bonus, anyone who enrols on a Home Studio Workshop day will also be enrolled for free on my flagship online course Art Journaling for Beginners
